Use
The area is to be used for centre purposes within retail, public and private service, homes, hotel, restaurants as well as public administration and institutions.

Current conditions
The area covers an area of some 3 ha

Building provisions
New buildings are to have a maximum height of two storeys.

Remaining available space
The area can hold another 5 homes and has 1,000 m² of available space, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

Traffic service and utilities
From the area, access is to be provided to the other areas and functions in the settlement by means of the existing system of wheel tracks and paths

Listed, protected and preservation-worthy features
B-73, B-75, B-77, B-79 and B-80 are preservation-worthy. These buildings can only be demolished or their appearances changed following prior permission by the municipal council.

Regulated zones
The area is covered by the tank facility’s safety zone. The safety zone has a radius of 20 metres from the outer limit of the tank facility. This part of the area cannot be developed or in any other way be used contrary to the safety zone provisions.

Special provisions
No new housing may be established in the area, except for residential facilities for handicapped persons and senior housing.
