Use
The area is to be used for centre purposes within retail, public and private service, homes, hotel, restaurants as well as public administration and institutions.

Current conditions
The area covers an area of some 1 ha

Building provisions
New buildings are to have a maximum height of two storeys.

Remaining available space
The area can hold another 5 homes and has 1,000 m² of available space, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

Traffic service and utilities
From the area, access is to be provided to the other areas and functions in the settlement by means of the existing system of wheel tracks and paths

Listed, protected and preservation-worthy features
B-120 is preservation-worthy. This building can only be demolished or its appearance changed following prior permission by the municipal council.

Regulated zones
The area is located under the obstacle limitation surface at the heliport (overflight area and transition surface), where the maximum rigde height of buildings and facilities varies with a positive slope away from the start and landing area.

Special provisions
No new buildings are permitted between the church and B-120. The church surroundings are to be kept clear of new buildings in a distance of 30 metres from the church
